A Very Nice Day

Today has been a lovely first Mothers Day. We slept in and then John took me out to brunch at one of my favorite places, Champagne French Bakery.



John gave me a gift card for Anthropologie (yay!) and a necklace which isn't here yet. I can't wait to show it to you when it arrives!


Then I got my nails done for the first time since William was born. Scary. I'm so happy to have pretty toes again.



Now I'm just hanging out with William, making banana bread and copying some recipes into my new recipe book (I'll show it to you later -- it's so cute!)

This kid is 30 weeks old today! Yikes!
