One of the only things I missed about home while we were in Iceland was fresh produce. They do their best over there, but I've been spoiled by year-round amazing California produce. Going to the farmers market today was even more thrilling than usual!

I have to hit up the farmer's market next week because I thought we had too much produce and needed a vacation week on the CSA, but then we used it all up faster than I expected. I am looking forward to it though because it has been awhile. :)
You are spoiled by California's produce.... cept peaches... nothing better than our peaches! :)
