Fancy Cupcakes

Dudes. I feel like I've been so crazy busy. But I don't know what I've been doing. Working a lot... My little baby sister is here visiting... Cleaning... Etc...

And finally, here is the quilt I finished a week or so ago. It's the Easy Lap Quilt from Amy's Bend-the-Rules, again. I can't tell you how unbelievably EASY this quilt was!! I was so scared. Because, you know...quilting? But this one is super easy and I even figured out how to do a blind hem for the binding and I must say, it looks extremely awesome and professional. I totally rocked the binding.

This one is for a certain little girl who may or may not be born on my birthday in September. I'm now working on another one for a certain brother who is getting married next month. None of that was very cryptic, so act surprised!

Okay. My brain is like. Not with it. I'm out.

P.S. The quilt is supposed to look wonky like that. All wrinkly and crazy-like. It's part of its charm.

You didn't even have to add that it's supposed to look wrinkly, it looks one hundred percent right.

Way cute! I hope you aren't doing your brother's quilt in the same colors I'm making one for them....

Oh my gosh! I got the quilt this weekend via Ruth and it is even better in person. I so love it. Thank you so much Cara! I am very honored to have your first quilt. :)
