I love that there are still so many pretty fall colors here in UT! The trees are usually bare by this time of year and I miss seeing the Fall.

I am very very very thankful for airplanes! They take me to visit my family and to far away places. It's so easy to travel these days and I'm so glad to live in a time when traveling long distances doesn't include getting scurvy on a ship or walking across deserts.

Is it silly to be thankful for a grocery store? Cause I am. I don't think I could live in a world without Trader Joes.

Having the opportunity to stay home with William is probably the best thing in my life. I feel so grateful and lucky to be in a situation that makes it possible.

I am thankful to live in the land of thousands of oaks. They are a pretty pretty tree, and of course acorns are one of nature's most adorable creations.



I am also thankful that I can sit in the shade of an oak tree while a perfect breeze blows, watching my child play. I'm thankful to live in a quiet, clean, safe place with the freedom to come and go as I please. I am so lucky.

Especially after being in Iceland for almost three weeks, I am incredibly thankful to live in California where I have such easy access to the best, freshest produce all year long. Between our CSA box and weekly Farmer's Markets we are never hurting for the most amazing fruits and vegetables we could ask for. Yum!!
