As if you really needed anything else giving you pain.

Hope you are settling in nicely at home and enjoying having your mom there for a little longer!!! I can't wait to see that little one again. He is a heartmelter. It's so nice to hold a baby that doesn't talk back or pull your hair or throw tantrums!! :PRuthhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11972524672903347340noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7246776658243274496.post-84963883331210246772007-10-16T13:45:00.000-07:002007-10-16T13:45:00.000-07:00I see from everyone elses comments that you must h...I see from everyone elses comments that you must have had your baby! How wonderfull! No drugs is the way to go, I totally agree :) Your recovery will be so much easier because you did it that way! Congratulations! Did you go no drugs by choice or by accident because it was too quick? There is something I love about going "all natural". I don't know what it is. Maybe you can explain to me why it is we do this. The best thing in the world about a new baby that doesn't last past a week is their incredibly soft skin. I love it!Mariehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09370717057773169008noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7246776658243274496.post-31471987299674879602007-10-15T11:39:00.000-07:002007-10-15T11:39:00.000-07:00I just heard the news! When people ask about mine they soon regret it because I also love to talk about childbirth. Well I am so impressed with you once again. What a strong brave girl you are. Have fun with your new little sweetheart!suzyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11455977327605711513noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7246776658243274496.post-28440907339796739032007-10-14T02:24:00.000-07:002007-10-14T02:24:00.000-07:00Hey, John and I made you dinner while I was there....Hey, John and I made you dinner while I was there. I'd have gone to the Dr. too, cept I already know there's nothing they can do about broken toes except give their heartfelt sympathies and some tylenol.

Something about that swollen foot, cara-lou, makes me suspicious that you're not following your Dr. prescribed bed rest. Naughty, I'm going to report you to the state for abuse of the system. :)Adventures in Heywoodhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01144605143097362614noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7246776658243274496.post-87113941624195938152007-10-12T09:20:00.000-07:002007-10-12T09:20:00.000-07:00I kick my bed at least once a week and almost alwa...I kick my bed at least once a week and almost always have a broken toe nail from it. This time was about 1 million times worse though. I kicked it like, really hard. I'm still limping today.

As for my fingers, I'm pretty sure I have carpal tunnel from all the fluid I'm retaining. It is not fun at all! So, hopefully as soon as this baby is out it'll go away.cara louhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01307157594224266591noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7246776658243274496.post-29574733673800086332007-10-12T08:10:00.000-07:002007-10-12T08:10:00.000-07:00I stub my toes all the time and it hurts so bad. He just always says I should be more careful and watch where I'm going.

The numb thing in your fingers does not sound good at all.Lisahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17914975978817623567noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7246776658243274496.post-90941104758582570922007-10-11T20:56:00.000-07:002007-10-11T20:56:00.000-07:00Cara, I hate when I hit my toe like that! At least your toes are really cute and painted :) When I was in labor, I was really glad my toes were cute because that is what I focussed on when I was breathing through my contractions! :)

I'm sorry about your toe, I know it's terrible. I also hope baby comes soon, so you won't be so uncomfortable. But, I am a little nervous about your fingers being numb...hope that gets better soon.

I'm so glad your mom's there...there is nothing better than having the comfort of your own mom around when you are about to become one. Afterwards too...

Can't wait to hear!kellyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06894455253443815513noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7246776658243274496.post-72776968750129087032007-10-11T20:51:00.000-07:002007-10-11T20:51:00.000-07:00I personally know how stinkin' bad it hurts to bre...I personally know how stinkin' bad it hurts to break your toe. I have a problem toe just like you that somehow manages to get caught on benches, beds and stools. Wowzers, it hurts like the dickens. I taped my toe up too and even managed to ski with it. Sometimes, you just gotta do what you gotta do. Good luck with baby and birth. I bet he'll come when you least expect it.Mariehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09370717057773169008noreply@blogger.com
